BROTHERHOOD OF BLOOD in Sitges
The vampire movie will have its world premiere at the Catalonian festival

"Brotherhood of Blood", the vampire movie directed by Peter Scheerer and Michael Roesch, and starring Victoria Pratt, Jason Connery, Ken Foree and Sid Haig, will have its world premiere at the 40th International Sitges Film Festival.
The Sitges Film Festival, widely recognized as the most important film festival for horror and fantasy movies worldwide, is scheduled October 4th to 14th in Sitges, Spain.

"Brotherhood of Blood" will run in the Midnight X-treme section on October 11th."We are thrilled to show BROTHERHOOD OF BLOOD in Sitges", tells director Peter Scheerer. "This is the best festival for genre films, and there could be no better place to have the premiere of our movie."

BROTHERHOOD OF BLOOD IN FINAL SOUND MIX
Movie will be ready in January 2007

The vampire movie BROTHERHOOD OF BLOOD, which stars Victoria Pratt, Ken Foree, Sid Haig and Jason Connery, is in the final sound mix at Herold Studios. Directors Peter Scheerer and Michael Roesch are planning to complete post production in January. "After months of post production, it´s great to see the movie finally on the big screen", director Michael Roesch tells.
"It looks great, and Herold Studios is doing an amazing job with the sound mix", director Peter Scheerer adds.

Herold Studios is one of the leading sound post houses, serving as well major studios as independent producers. "Michael and Peter gave me the script for BROTHERHOOD OF BLOOD long before the movie was shot", studio owner and co-producer Wolfgang Herold remembers. "I liked the project from the first moment - it has a small budget, but is a clever written horror thriller."

"We´re planning to finish post production in January", Peter Scheerer tells.
Michael Roesch continues "We think we will close the distribution deal in the next few weeks, and look forward to screening the movie to the audiences soon. It´s awesome to have the movie ready for the release."

Michael Roesch and Peter Scheerer have recently wrapped shooting on their directorial debut, Brotherhood of Blood in Los Angeles, and it has more than one 007 connection - reports The Film Asylum.

Written by Roesch and Scheerer (Screenwriters of Far Cry, House of the Dead 2: Dead Aim, Alone in the Dark), Brotherhood of Blood is a claustrophobic thriller about a team of vampire hunters who infiltrate a nest of undead to rescue one of their own. The film stars The Devil Rejects duo of Sid Haig and Ken Foree, Victoria Pratt (House of the Dead 2), Jason Connery (son of James Bond star Sir Sean Connery), Will Snow and Rachel Grant (Peaceful Founrains of Desire in the 2002 Bond movie Die Another Day).
